This product is used to prevent stroke and systemic embolism (SEE) in adult patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation who have one or more of the following risk factors:
1. Previous stroke, transient ischemic attack or systemic embolism.
2. Left ventricular ejection fraction <40%.
3. Symptomatic heart failure, New York Heart Association (NYHA) heart function classification ¡Ý2.
4. Age ¡Ý75 years old.
5. Age ¡Ý65 years old and accompanied by any of the following diseases: diabetes, coronary heart disease or hypertension.
